In adherence to the terms and conditions, Vensphere Inc Company has implemented a distinct profit wallet system to grant all investors access to their profits. The deposit wallet is a designated account that allows the company to levy fees and conduct transactions, as Gold Company lacks the authorization to deduct any amounts directly from your profit wallet.

The depositary wallet, denoted by specific identifiers outlined in the Schedule, encompasses cryptographic asset wallets controlled by the Depositary. This serves as a secure mechanism for managing and conducting transactions within the confines of the associated deposit wallet.

Conversely, your profit wallet functions as a software program safeguarding your cryptocurrency profit, facilitating access to your coins. The Profit/Loss representation signifies the disparity between the market value and the average buy price of your balance. The Average Buy Price is determined as the median price of all your buy trades from the initial purchase until the complete liquidation of a designated cryptocurrency.

It is essential to note that funding your deposit wallet is imperative for executing transactions. Due to security measures, Vensphere Inc Company lacks the authority to levy charges directly from your profit wallet. Only the account beneficiary holds the licensed capability to conduct transactions from your profit wallet, while company charges can exclusively be deducted from your deposit wallet. Your understanding and compliance with these operational protocols contribute to the overall security and transparency of your investment with Vensphere Inc Company.

2. Definitions

 Vensphere Inc: The company operating the platform and providing the Services.

Platform: The website and mobile application of  Vensphere Inc.

Services: Any services offered by  Vensphere Inc, including but not limited to crypto asset trading, portfolio management, and market analysis.

User: You, the individual or entity accessing or using the Services.

Crypto Asset: Any digital or virtual asset secured by cryptography, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other tokens.

3. Access and Use

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Services.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

3.3 You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

Money laundering

Terrorist financing

Market manipulation

Fraud

Unauthorized access to other users' accounts

Violation of any applicable laws or regulations

3.4  Vensphere Inc reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason.

4. Crypto Assets

4.1 The Services may involve the purchase, sale, and holding of Crypto Assets. You acknowledge and understand that Crypto Assets are subject to significant price volatility and other risks. You are solely responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of your use of the Services.

4.2  Vensphere Inc is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4.3  Vensphere Inc does not guarantee the security or availability of Crypto Assets. You acknowledge and understand that Crypto Assets may be subject to hacking, theft, and other security risks.

5. Fees and Charges

5.1  Vensphere Inc may charge fees for certain Services, such as trading fees and management fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services.

5.2  Vensphere Inc reserves the right to change its fees and charges at any time. You will be notified of any changes in fees or charges before they become effective.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.  Vensphere Inc MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL  Vensphere Inc BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, EVEN IF Vensphere Inc FUND ASSETS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless  Vensphere Inc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities,

costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United State of America.

 

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and  Vensphere Inc with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

 

11. Amendment

Vensphere Inc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amended Terms.
